Clean Energy Group (CEG) provided these comments to the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER) regarding the proposed Clean Peak Standard (CPS) regulations. The comments are an expansion of the verbal comments CEG offered during the DOER hearing on 10/28/19 in Greenfield, MA.
