This report examines the role of public investment and technology innovation to build global clean energy markets. A shift to clean energy technology is needed to address growing environmental, economic and energy problems of the 21st century. This report describes a framework for moving forward based on these findings. This framework proposes a domestic and international collaboration among public clean energy funds, project developers, venture funds and institutional investors to build global clean energy markets.
