From Here to Stabilization: A Call for Massive Climate Technology Innovation

This report examines the need for low carbon technology innovation to achieve necessary reductions of greenhouse gas emissions for climate stabilization. The paper suggests that Kyoto price signals will not be enough to drive long-term, disruptive technology change. The author advocates for cross-disciplinary work in new areas such as biotechnology and genomics, and proposes that global technology infrastructure is needed to spur low carbon innovation.
