Technical Assistance for Community Solar + Energy Storage
Technical assistance and project development support is available to organizations across the US interested in developing a community solar project that incorporates energy storage. Eligible projects must be designed to benefit low-income and disadvantaged communities.
Clean Energy Group is providing this technical assistance through the Inclusive Prosperity Capital’s Community Power Coalition (CPC) program, which is funded through the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Solar for All initiative. Through the CPC, communities can apply to receive both technical and financial assistance, including competitive financing and grant opportunities. Interested applicants should fill out this form.
Community solar projects are defined as residential-serving, subscription-based projects that provide a minimum of 20% household savings to Low-Income and Disadvantaged Communities (LIDACs).
