Clean Energy Group submitted comments to the Massachusetts Energy Efficiency Advisory Council (EEAC) regarding ConnectedSolutions battery storage program solutions shortcomings, which should be addressed in the upcoming 2022-2024 Three-Year Energy Efficiency Plan. 1. Lack of LMI/equity provisions
  2. Limited program size/budget
  3. Insufficient incentive rates
  4. Lack of public reporting/program transparency
