Clean Energy States Alliance (CESA) is a nonprofit coalition of state clean energy funds working together to develop and promote clean energy technologies and markets. As the only national nonprofit organization representing these state-based public clean energy funds, CESA is the leading voice of public funds in the U.S. CESA’s members represent diverse organizations, from state energy offices and public utilities commissions to municipally owned utilities and quasi-governmental or third-party entities specifically established to administer clean energy funding and programs. CESA provides information sharing, technical assistance services, and a collaborative network for its members by coordinating multi-state efforts, leveraging funding for projects and research, and assisting members with program development and evaluation. CESA is managed by Clean Energy Group.
